Sellers Comments
Huncoat is a great village to live in, and this is a particularly quiet spot with friendly neighbours and locals. Close by, there are many lovely footpaths, such as through Spouthouse Woodland, and a community garden to enjoy. There are local amenities such as a pub, fish and chip shop, pharmacy, primary school and village store. It is also very handy for several motorways, making it ideal for commuting.
In terms of the house itself, we love the open aspect to the front and watching the trees change with the seasons. The gas stove was installed back in 2016 and makes the lounge really cosy during the winter months. The dining room floods with natural light every morning making it the perfect spot for breakfast! The bathroom was new in 2019, and the boiler new in 2023.
