With a sea view from every table, Branksome Beach is a restaurant situated right on the beachside in Poole. Positioned on Branksome Chine Beach, midway between Poole and Bournemouth, we offer a relaxed and friendly experience in a superb setting with stunning views across Poole Bay. Featuring daily fresh fish dishes and the best in modern British cuisine, our restaurant uses the finest locally sourced seasonal produce, which is skilfully crafted into mouth watering and inventive dishes.
The restaurant is located in a conversion of an existing art deco building, first constructed in the 1930's to house the UK's first solarium. It was refurbished over nine years ago into the Dorset landmark you see today.
Our setting, with arguably the best view on the south coast, continues to attract celebrities - most recently Hollywood film star Kelly McGillis joined us for lunch and last summer we were visited by both Gordon Ramsay and Marco Pierre White.
Upstairs, the fabulous Terrace Bar has breathtaking views across Poole Bay, spanning from the Purbeck Hills to the Isle of Wight, from the comfortable heated outdoor seating area and is open at the weekend during the winter season.
Our unrivalled beachside location, fine food and friendly service continue to ensure that Branksome Beach retains its enviable reputation as one of the best restaurants in Dorset.
