Owners Sandra & Danny Jimminson were trained at the Savoy Hotel in London and after gaining further experience working in Switzerland, France and other high profile London restaurants, decided to settle close to where Danny grew up on the border of Nottinghamshire & Leicestershire. We pride ourselves in sourcing some of the finest local ingredients, everything is made in house, We bake a selection of breads daily, make all our own desserts including the ice creams and sorbets, even all our accompaniments, horseradish, mayonnaise, ketchup & chutneys are made freshly on the premises.
