The philosophy behind the Uluru Bistro, was to have a restaurant name that encompassed the changes in the iconic Ayres Rock(Uluru). The rock changes colour over a day, from a bright orange in the morning to a purple glow in the evening, so to, our restaurant changes both visually and in the seasonality of our menu.
With addition of the Uluru polytunnel, our kitchen is able to grow vegetables and herbs according seasonality and the restaurants requirements.
Uluru is a massive advocate local produce.
Our Fish comes from Kilkeel, meat comes from Moyallen, poultry comes from Crossgar and vegetables and herbs come from the Uluru Polytunnel (where possible)
