The Picture House Restaurant in Bristol Airport

Nick Armitage took over the Dog and Duck in 2005 and turned a dive into The Picture House, one of Bristol’s best restaurants. After five years Nick and his partner Vanessa moved the restaurant across the street to 85 Whiteladies Road (formerly the site of Quartier Vert) to create The Picture House East. With a bigger kitchen, extra seating, and large sunny terrace, it quickly became the place to eat, drink and be merry on Whiteladies Road.
